Introducing Olive to Bottle (O2B) Mobile Services based in Windsor, CA, we are a mobile olive mill and olive oil bottling service, certified Organic by the California Ceritified Organic Farmers (CCOF).

Our milling fee is $450 per 1 ton of olives with a 1 ton minimum charge with optional olive paste waste removal for $25/ton fee. We also have the opportunity to use inert gas to reduce oxidation in order to keep your olive oil fresh, as well as batch separation if you so choose.

O2B will bring to your farm a state-of-the-art olive mill enclosed in a custom built 38 foot trailer. Our mill is an Enorossi Oliomatic 700, consisting of a hammer mill, 3 bin fully jacketed malaxer and a 2 stage horizontal decanter-separator. Our Master Miller is Kevin Rogers; Kevin has worked in the olive industry for 10 years. He has run an olive mill, managed an olive tree nursery, developed new orchards, restored heritage orchards and produced & blended award winning extra virgin olive oils and citrus olive oils.

O2B will coordinate with your harvest schedule and eliminate the need to transport fruit offsite. Your olives and your olive oil will not have to leave your property. Ultimately your estate produced olive oil will be under your control and milling can be modified to your specifications. We have the capability of using inert gases during the milling process, if you choose. You will have the freshest olive oil possible and the opportunity to participate in the milling, if you choose to. O2B requires a level paved or gravel surface and a potable water supply; either municipal water or a certified potable well water. The customer will provide containers to collect the oil. The customer may choose to handle the mill waste themselves or O2B can remove the waste, at a charge of $25.00/ton.

After the olive harvest, O2B can return with a mobile bottling line to bottle and label your olive oil ready for market. Our bottling line is a state-of-the-art GAI Monobloc complete with labeling and several different closure options.
